My carkit is not working even though it is plugged into the cigarette lighter jack.
Please check if your handsfree unit is connected to the cigarette lighter properly. If necessary, clean the contact of the cigarette lighter jack. If the problem persists, please apply to a service center.
Nothing appears on the LCD of my carkit.
Please check if the display unit is connected to the handsfree unit properly.
No Caller ID information appears on the LCD of my carkit.
Some mobile phones do not support Caller ID via Bluetooth®. In this case, the Caller ID information will not be send to your carkit.
Several Bluetooth® devices appear on my mobile phone while it is searching for the Blue Eagle II carkit.
Most Bluetooth® enabled mobile phones can search for more than one Bluetooth® device within operative range. The Blue Eagle II carkit will appear in the list of Bluetooth® devices on your mobile phone after having been found by your mobile phone. Select the Blue Eagle II carkit from the list.
How can I pair a second telephone with my Blue Eagle II carkit?
Pair the second phone with your Blue Eagle II carkit just like you have paired the first phone. After switch on, the Blue Eagle II will automatically search the last mobile phone it was connected to (which was last used with the carkit). In case this phone is not available, the Blue Eagle II will automatically search for the other paired phone for connection.
