What is the Bluetooth® pairing PIN-Code of my Blue Easy carkit?
Your Bluetooth® carkit has a default PIN-Code 0000 for pairing, which is stored in its internal memory. You are usually required to enter the PIN-Code 0000 in a pairing process with a Bluetooth® mobile phone.

I am having a telephone conversation, but the person on the other end of the line does not hear me very well.
Make sure that the microphone is directed towards your mouth. This is the main working position of the microphone. We advise not to change the microphone position during a call, since an echo effect could appear.

Several Bluetooth® devices appear on my mobile phone while it is searching for the Blue Easy carkit.
Most Bluetooth® enabled mobile phones can search for more than one Bluetooth® device within operative range. The Blue Easy carkit will appear in the list of Bluetooth® devices on your mobile phone after having been found by your mobile phone. Select the Blue Easy carkit from the list.

I cannot pair my mobile phone with the Blue Easy.
Make sure that your phone and the carkit are switched on. Make sure that the Bluetooth® function of your mobile phone is turned on and let your mobile phone search for Bluetooth® devices. Press and hold the ON/OFF button of the Blue Easy until the LED indicator starts flashing by red and blue colors alternately. The pairing mode is now activated for 2 minutes (during these 2 minutes, the indicator will keep on flashing) and you can complete the pairing with your mobile phone.
If this doesn’t help, please follow these instructions:
  1. Remove the pairing information of all Bluetooth® devices from your mobile phone.
  2. Remove the battery from your mobile phone and carkit.
  3. Disconnect the Blue Easy from the power supply of your car.
  4. Place the battery of your mobile phone back into place and activate your mobile phone. If the Bluetooth® function has been deactivated, you should activate it again.
  5. Connect the Blue Easy with the power supply of your car.
  6. Press and hold the ON/OFF button of the Blue Easy until the LED indicator starts flashing by red and blue colors alternately
  7. Let your mobile phone search for new Bluetooth® devices and pair the mobile phone with your carkit.
  8. Make sure that the Blue Easy is indicated as “Authorized” and/or makes a connection automatically.
How can I pair a second, third,… telephone with my Blue Easy carkit?
Pair the second, third,… phone with your Blue Easy carkit just like you have paired the first phone. After switch on, the Blue Easy will automatically search the last mobile phone it was connected to (which was last used with the carkit).

My carkit is not charging even though it is plugged into the cigarette lighter jack.
Please make sure that the car ignition is turned on. Check if your cigarette lighter adapter is connected well: if connected well, the LED indicator of the Blue Easy will light red. If necessary, clean the contact of the cigarette lighter jack. If the problem persists, please apply to a service center.

My Blue Easy carkit doesn’t turn on when the On/Off button is pressed for 3 seconds.
The battery might be completely discharged. Connect the carkit to a power adapter and charge the battery.
